1. Cancellation Window
1. Within 24 Hours:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, no questions asked.
2. Orders Already Shipped:
If your order has already been shipped via FedEx, it cannot be canceled. You may still be eligible for a return or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if your bag is already in production.
2. How to Request a Cancellation

Include your full name and order number. We will respond promptly during support hours and confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Cancellations within 24 Hours:
- Full refund to the original payment method within 2–5 business days.
Returns After Shipping:
- Refund processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.
4. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
- Orders already collected by FedEx and in transit.
- Items purchased as part of a sale or promotion that are clearly marked as final sale cannot be canceled or refunded.
