We understand you may need to cancel an order. Here is everything you need to know about cancellations at Tewtiw.

1. Cancellation Window

Within 24 Hours:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a refund.

Orders Shipped:
If your order has been shipped via FedEx, it cannot be canceled. You may be eligible for a return or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.

After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if your bag is in production.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

Include your name and order number. We will respond during support hours and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

Cancellations:
For cancellations made within 24 business hours (before production begins), a refund will be issued to your payment method within 2–5 business days.

Returns After Shipping:
For orders returned after shipping, refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.

4. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

– Orders collected by FedEx and in transit.
– Items purchased as part of a sale or promotion marked as sale cannot be canceled or refunded.
