You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the date your order was delivered. Requests received after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return

– Item is in its condition — not worn, used, or altered.
– All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
– You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

3. Taxes and Customs Duties

For all orders and returns, Tewtiw is responsible for all customs duties and taxes. You will not be charged any fees by FedEx or authorities. All prices at checkout are final.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Free Return Shipping (We Pay):
Tewtiw covers the shipping cost for:
– Damaged Items: If your order arrives with damage.
– Defective Items: If the order has defects.
– Incorrect Items: If you received the item or color.

Paid Return Shipping (Customer Pays):
Customers are responsible for paying for shipping for:
– Change of Mind: If you changed your mind about the purchase.
– Preference: If the product does not match your style or expectations.
– Fit/Style Issues: If you're not satisfied with the product look or feel.

6. How to Start a Return

Step 1:
Contact us at contact@tewtiw.shop with your order number.

Step 2:
Include the reason and photos if the item is damaged or defective. We respond during support hours.

Step 3:
If approved, we will provide instructions. Pack and ship with tracking, then share the number with us.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be processed.

7. Refunds

Return Inspection:
Once received, we will inspect the item (typically 1–3 business days).

Refund Processing:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days. The refund will be applied to your payment method.
