At Tewtiw, your satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return a product, who covers return shipping costs, and how refunds or exchanges are handled.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the date your order was delivered. Requests received after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Item is in its original, unused condition — not worn, used, or altered.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear after delivery.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Free Return Shipping (We Pay):

Tewtiw covers the return shipping cost for:

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives with visible damage.
  • Defective Items: If the order has manufacturing defects.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong product or wrong color.

For these cases: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a pickup at no cost to you.

Paid Return Shipping (Customer Pays):

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping for:

  • Change of Mind: If you changed your mind about the purchase.
  • Personal Preference: If the product does not match your style or expectations.
  • Fit/Style Issues: If you're not satisfied with the product look or feel.

For these cases: We will provide the return address and guidance. You must arrange and pay for tracked return shipping to Morocco (we recommend FedEx).

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at contact@tewtiw.shop with your order number.
  2. Include the reason for the return and photos if the item is damaged or defective.
  3. We respond promptly during support hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT+0).
  4. If approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.
  5. Pack securely and ship with tracking, then share the tracking number with us.
Important: Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

6. Refunds

  • Return Inspection: Once received, we will inspect the item (typically 1–3 business days).
  • Notification: We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Credit Applied: The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Note that processing times vary by bank.

We refund the full product price and the original shipping (if the return is due to our error). We do not refund customer-paid return shipping for change of mind.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or style preferences. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please refer to our Exchange Policy. Verified cases will be replaced at no additional cost.
