Shipping Policy

At Tewtiw, we ship every order from our workshop in Morocco. Please read this page before placing your order — it explains who we ship with, how long delivery takes, and what costs are involved.

1. Our Shipping Carrier — FedEx

All shipments are sent from our workshops in Morocco via FedEx International.

– We ship to: United States addresses only.
– We do NOT ship to: Addresses, P.O. boxes, or APO addresses.

Orders with an address will be canceled and refunded.

2. Shipping Costs

Costs are calculated at checkout. You will see the cost before confirming your order. Choose from our FedEx options:

Free Shipping (Orders over $200):
$0 USD — 3–6 business days after dispatch.

FedEx International Economy:
$50.00 USD — 3–6 business days after dispatch.

FedEx International Priority:
$60.00 USD — 2–5 business days after dispatch.

3. Order Processing Time

– Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 AM (GMT+0).
– Handling Time: Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
– Fulfillment Days: Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

4. Total Delivery Time

Total delivery = processing time + FedEx transit time.

– Free Shipping: 4–9 business days.
– Economy: 4–9 business days.
– Priority: 3–8 business days.

All timeframes are estimates. Delays due to weather or issues may occur.

5. Order Tracking

Once FedEx collects your order you will receive an email with your tracking number. Track at fedex.com/tracking or our tracking page.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your address is accurate, including street, apartment/unit, city, state, and ZIP code. If a package is returned due to an address provided by the customer, fees may apply.

7. Packaging & Handling

Each order is wrapped with materials, sealed in a shipping bag or tube, and labeled with instructions. We use packaging materials where possible.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost or delayed beyond the timeframe, please contact us at contact@tewtiw.shop. We will open a claim and, once verified, will either:

– Send a replacement.
– Issue a refund for the product.
