Exchange Policy
Last Updated: 18 May 2026At Tewtiw, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can exchange an item.
1. When Exchanges Are Available
Exchanges are offered only for items that are damaged on arrival, defective, or shipped. Exchanges are not available for change of mind or size chosen by the customer. In those cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Exchange Window
Contact us within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests after 30 days will not be accepted.
3. How to Request an Exchange
Step 1:
Email contact@tewtiw.shop — subject: Exchange Request – Order #[number]
Step 2:
Include name, order number, reason, and photos of the issue. We respond during support hours.
Step 3:
If approved, we send the address and instructions. Pack, ship with tracking, and send us the tracking number.
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Exchanges sent without approval cannot be processed.
4. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
Damaged, defective, or item:
Tewtiw covers return and replacement shipping costs. All other cases are not eligible for exchange.
5. Inspection and Outcome
We inspect items within 1–3 business days of receipt and notify you by email.
If approved: We ship your replacement at no cost.
If denied: We return your item and explain the reason.
If the replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund.
