1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of the date your order was delivered. Requests received after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Return

• Item is in its original, unused condition — not worn, used, or altered
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories included
• You have your order number or proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear after delivery.
• Items returned after the 30-day window

4. Return Shipping Responsibility (Important)

Free Return Shipping on (We Pay):

Tewtiw covers the return shipping cost for:

• Damaged Items If your order arrives with visible damage
• Defective Items If the order has manufacturing defects
• Incorrect Items If you received the wrong product or wrong color

For these cases:

• We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
• Or arrange a pickup at no cost to you
• Simply follow the return instructions we provide

Paid Return Shipping (Customer Pays)

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping for:

• Change of Mind If you simply changed your mind about the purchase
• Personal Preference If the product does not match your style or expectations
• Fit/Style Issues If you're not satisfied with the product

For these cases:

• We will provide the return address and guidance
• You arrange and pay for return shipping to Morocco
• We recommend using FedEx or similar tracked service

5. How to Start a Return

2. Include name, order number, reason, and photos if damaged
3. We respond promptly during support hours (Mon–Fri 9AM–6PM GMT+1)
4. If approved, we send the return address and instructions
5. Pack securely, ship with tracking, send us the tracking number

6. Refunds

Timeline:

• Return Inspection- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it (typically 1–3 business days)
• Approval/Rejection- We will send you an email notification
• Refund Processing - If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.
• Credit Applied – A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

What is refunded:

• Full product price
• Return shipping cost (if we paid for return)

What is NOT refunded:

• Customer-paid return shipping (for change of mind returns)

7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, style preference, or sizing issues. However, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please refer to our Exchange Policy for instructions. In such cases, we will replace the item at no additional cost once verified.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

1. Notify us immediately within 30 calendar days of delivery
2. Inspect your package upon arrival
3. Provide clear photos of the damage or issue

What happens next:

We will open a claim with the shipping carrier (FedEx)

Once verified, we will either:

• Send a replacement at no cost to you
• Issue a full refund for the product
• We cover return shipping for verified damage/defects
