Shipping Policy

At Tewtiw, we ship every order carefully from our workshop in Fes, Morocco. Please read this page fully before placing your order — it explains who we ship with, how long delivery takes, and what costs are involved.

1. Our Shipping Carrier — FedEx

All shipments are sent directly from our workshops in Morocco via FedEx International.

We ship to: United States addresses only.

We do NOT ship to: Non‑U.S. addresses, P.O. boxes, or APO addresses.

Orders with a non‑U.S. shipping address will be automatically canceled and refunded.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are fixed and calculated at checkout. You will see the exact cost before confirming your order. Choose from two FedEx options:

Note: You will select your preferred shipping method at checkout and see the final cost before payment.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 AM (Casablanca Time, GMT+0)
  • Standard orders: 1–3 business days processing before handoff to FedEx
  • Business days: Monday – Friday, excluding Moroccan public holidays
  • Orders placed on weekends begin processing the next business day

4. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Total delivery = processing time + FedEx transit time.

Note: All delivery timeframes are estimates. Delays due to weather or carrier issues may occasionally occur.

5. Order Tracking

Once FedEx collects your order you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. Track at fedex.com/tracking or our Track Your Order page.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including street, apartment/unit, city, state, and ZIP code.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional reshipment fees may apply.

7. Packaging & Handling

Each order is carefully wrapped with protective materials, sealed in a waterproof shipping bag or tube, and labeled with handling instructions. We use environmentally friendly packaging materials where possible.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost or delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@tewtiw.shop
with your order number, tracking number, and photos if available. We will open a claim on your behalf and, once verified, will either:

  • Send a replacement.
  • Issue a full refund for the product
